Patrick Moran

Patrick has conducted numerous cases at the highest level, including countless High Court trials, many appeals to the Court of Appeal and appeals to the House of Lords and Supreme Court.

Patrick read law at the University of Birmingham and was articled at Lee, Crowder & Co., then the oldest firm in Birmingham.

He qualified in 1981 and worked at Price Atkins in Birmingham, where he met Christopher Lines and Paul Isherwood.

Patrick established the firm in 1983 and has, since then, specialised in commercial litigation for the banking and finance sector.  He has a keen interest in banking law and solicitors professional negligence; particularly cases relating to breach of trust and breach of fiduciary duty.

Patrick has conducted numerous cases at the highest level, including countless High Court trials, many appeals to the Court of Appeal and appeals to the House of Lords and Supreme Court.

Patrick is married with two children and enjoys long-distance running, heavyweight boxing and travel.
